By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, enrolling in a membership, electronically accepting an estimate or allowing us to begin service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

By booking a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.
You also represent that you are the vehicle’s owner or have authorization from the owner to request the selected services and permit Paragon to access and work on the vehicle.

3. Appointments and Booking
Appointments may be requested or scheduled through:
- Our website or online booking system
- Website contact or quote forms
- Telephone calls

An appointment is not guaranteed until it has been accepted or confirmed by Paragon.

- An authorized adult will be available if reasonably required
- The requested service location is safe and legally usable
- You will disclose known vehicle damage or unusual conditions
Paragon may decline, modify or cancel a booking when information is inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent with the vehicle’s actual condition.
4. Pricing, Quotes and Estimates
Prices displayed on our website, advertisements, social-media pages or booking system may be starting prices, promotional prices or estimates based on ordinary vehicle conditions.
Final pricing may depend on:
- Vehicle size and body style
- Interior and exterior condition
- Time required to complete the work
- Pet hair, sand, mud, staining or excessive debris
- Smoke, odor or biological contamination
- Oxidation, water spots, swirls and paint defects
- Bonded surface contamination
- Requested add-ons or upgrades
- Service location and travel requirements
Paragon may inspect the vehicle before beginning work and recommend an adjusted price, service level or package based on its actual condition.
We will seek customer approval before performing material additional work that increases the agreed price.
Online or telephone estimates are not guaranteed final prices unless Paragon expressly confirms the price in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms presented during booking, enrollment or approval of the service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any unpaid balance is due when the service is completed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit or debit card
- Cash
- Approved digital-payment methods
- Automatic recurring payments for memberships
Deposits and Advance Payments
Certain appointments, specialty services, correction services or coating installations may require a deposit or advance payment. Any applicable deposit amount, refundability and cancellation terms will be disclosed before payment is collected.
Payment Authorization
By providing a payment method, you authorize Paragon and its payment processor to charge the approved amount, including applicable taxes, agreed add-ons, deposits or recurring membership charges.
Unpaid balances, reversed payments or improper chargebacks may result in suspension or refusal of future service and collection of amounts lawfully owed.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
Customers should notify Paragon as early as possible when an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.
A cancellation, rescheduling or no-show charge may apply when such a charge was disclosed during booking or in an accepted estimate, membership agreement or service confirmation.
Repeated late cancellations, denied access or missed appointments may result in:
- Reduced booking priority
- A required advance payment or deposit
- Suspension of membership privileges
- Refusal of future appointments
Weather and Operational Delays
Because Paragon provides mobile services, appointments may be delayed, modified or rescheduled due to:
- Rain, snow, freezing temperatures or high winds
- Unsafe heat or severe weather
- Unsafe road or travel conditions
- Equipment malfunction
- Illness or emergency
- Unexpected delays at an earlier appointment
- Conditions that prevent safe or proper completion
Paragon will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and arrange a replacement appointment.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Before the scheduled appointment, the customer must:
- Ensure the vehicle is legally and safely parked
- Provide sufficient working space around the vehicle
- Make the vehicle, keys and locked areas accessible
- Remove cash, valuables, documents and sensitive items
- Remove child seats when cleaning beneath them is requested
- Secure pets and prevent interference with the work area
- Disclose alarms, aftermarket electronics or special equipment
- Disclose mold, pests, bodily fluids, needles or biohazards
- Provide any utilities communicated as required before service
- Obtain permission to perform mobile services at the location
The customer is responsible for parking citations, towing risks, property-rule violations or other consequences resulting from an unauthorized or unsuitable service location.
8. Vehicle Inspection and Pre-Existing Conditions
Paragon may document the vehicle’s condition before, during and after service through written notes, photographs or video.
Pre-existing conditions may include:
- Scratches, dents, chips or cracked paint
- Clear-coat failure, oxidation or peeling
- Loose trim, emblems, moldings or weather seals
- Cracked glass, lights, mirrors or lenses
- Damaged wheels, tires or wheel finishes
- Torn, stained, faded or brittle upholstery
- Loose interior panels, buttons or controls
- Electrical, mechanical or warning-light issues
- Water leaks or prior water damage
- Previous bodywork, repainting or touch-up repairs
- Aftermarket accessories or improperly installed components
Paragon is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for the failure of weak, damaged, deteriorated, improperly repaired or improperly installed components during ordinary detailing work.
The customer should identify any fragile, valuable or unusual part before service begins.
9. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before the appointment.
Paragon is not responsible for cash, electronics, jewelry, documents, weapons, medication or other property left in the vehicle unless loss or damage was directly caused by Paragon’s proven negligence.
Items found during service may be placed in a bag, container, trunk, cargo area or another reasonable location inside the vehicle.
Paragon may decline to move personal belongings that are hazardous, private, unusually valuable or likely to be damaged.
10. Service Limitations and Right to Refuse Service
Paragon may refuse, pause or discontinue service when:
- The vehicle or work area presents an unreasonable safety risk
- The service location is illegal, restricted or unsafe
- Undisclosed biohazards or bodily fluids are present
- Needles, pests, mold or hazardous substances are discovered
- Weather conditions prevent proper completion
- The requested result cannot be achieved safely
- The customer refuses an adjusted quote or required service
- The vehicle is structurally or mechanically unsafe
- The customer interferes with the work
- The customer acts abusively, threateningly or unlawfully
If service is stopped after work has begun, the customer may remain responsible for work already completed, materials used and applicable travel or cancellation charges.
11. Results and Service Expectations
Paragon will perform services using reasonable professional care. However, detailing results depend on the vehicle’s condition, materials, age, maintenance history and prior damage.
We do not guarantee complete removal of:
- Permanent stains or dye transfer
- Deep scratches or paint chips
- Etched water spots
- Severe oxidation or clear-coat failure
- Embedded pet hair
- Smoke or biological odors
- Mold staining or contamination
- Damage caused by prior improper cleaning
- Defects beneath or through the clear coat
Some defects can be improved without being completely removed. Aggressive cleaning or correction may be declined when the risk of damage outweighs the likely improvement.
12. Paint Correction
Paint correction removes or reduces certain visible defects by mechanically polishing the vehicle’s clear coat.
The customer acknowledges that:
- Correction results vary by paint type and condition
- Not every scratch or defect can be safely removed
- Deep defects may require touch-up work or repainting
- Previous repairs or thin paint may limit correction options
- Some defects may become more visible after surrounding haze is removed
- Future improper washing can create new defects
Paragon may perform a test spot and modify the recommended correction level to protect the remaining paint or clear coat.
Paint correction is not repainting. It cannot repair missing paint, exposed primer, cracking, peeling or failed clear coat.
13. Ceramic Coatings and Protective Products
Ceramic coatings and other protective products are intended to improve gloss, water behavior, chemical resistance and ease of maintenance.
The customer acknowledges that a ceramic coating:
- Is not scratch-proof
- Is not rock-chip-proof
- Does not prevent collision or vandalism damage
- Does not eliminate the need for regular washing
- May require inspections or maintenance services
- Can be degraded by improper washing or harsh chemicals
Coating durability depends on the selected product, surface preparation, storage, driving conditions, exposure and ongoing maintenance.
Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s separate eligibility, registration, inspection, maintenance and exclusion requirements.
Paragon does not provide a warranty beyond the written coverage specifically included with the purchased coating package.
14. Maintenance Memberships
Maintenance memberships provide recurring vehicle-care services at the frequency selected during enrollment, which may include weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service.
Membership pricing may depend on:
- Vehicle size and configuration
- Selected service frequency
- Vehicle condition
- Service location
- Membership package and included work
Initial Condition
A vehicle may require an initial full detail, reset service or condition-based surcharge before it becomes eligible for routine maintenance pricing.
Recurring Billing
By enrolling in a paid membership, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided according to the billing schedule disclosed during enrollment.
Recurring charges continue until the membership is canceled in accordance with the membership terms presented at enrollment.
Scheduling and Missed Visits
Membership appointments remain subject to scheduling availability, safe working conditions and weather. Missed or delayed services do not automatically create a cash refund unless required by the applicable membership agreement or law.
Member Discounts
Any member discount, including a stated discount on eligible additional detailing services, applies only while the membership is active and in good standing.
Discounts may exclude specialty services, third-party products, deposits, previously discounted offers or services specifically identified as ineligible.
Cancellation and Changes
The specific cancellation method, effective date, minimum commitment, billing treatment and refund terms disclosed during enrollment control over general membership descriptions appearing on the website.
15. Service Concerns and Limited Rework
Customers should inspect the vehicle promptly after service and notify Paragon within a reasonable period if they believe an agreed service was missed or improperly completed.
Paragon must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the alleged issue before the customer arranges third-party work or seeks reimbursement.
When Paragon determines that an agreed service was not properly completed, the primary remedy may be a reasonable rework of the affected area.
A promotional redo guarantee applies only when it was expressly included in the purchased offer and remains subject to the conditions, exclusions and reporting requirements stated with that offer.
Rework does not apply to pre-existing damage, permanent defects, newly introduced contamination, customer-caused damage, unrealistic expectations or conditions disclosed as unlikely to improve.
16. Photographs and Media
Paragon may photograph or record a vehicle to document condition, verify completed work, support quality control, resolve disputes or maintain business records.
Paragon will not intentionally publish personally identifying information such as customer documents, home addresses or visible license-plate information without permission.
Promotional use of identifiable customer images, customer likeness or other sensitive personal information requires separate permission.
17. SMS, Telephone and Email Communications
By providing contact information, you authorize Paragon to contact you regarding your inquiry, quote, booking, appointment, payment, membership or completed service.
Communications may include:
- Quote follow-up
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Arrival and scheduling updates
- Weather-related notices
- Service questions
- Payment or membership notifications
- Customer support
- Review requests
- Promotional messages when separately authorized
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Text Message Opt-Out
You may stop receiving text messages by replying with a reasonable opt-out request, including:

Telecommunications carriers and platform providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
18. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may use the Paragon website only for lawful personal and commercial-interaction purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
- Interfere with website operation or security
- Introduce malicious software, code or automated attacks
- Scrape or copy website content for unauthorized commercial use
- Impersonate Paragon, its staff or another customer
- Submit false, misleading or abusive information
Website text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos and original content are owned by Paragon or used with permission and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without written authorization.
19. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our website may connect to third-party booking, payment, mapping, messaging, analytics or social-media platforms.
Paragon does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content or independent practices of those third-party services.
Use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paragon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages arising from the website or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paragon’s total liability arising from a specific service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Paragon for the service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Paragon harmless from third-party claims, losses or expenses resulting from:
- False or materially incomplete information you provide
- Your lack of authority to approve work on the vehicle
- An unsafe or unauthorized service location you selected
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of the website or services
This section applies only to the extent the claim was caused by your conduct and does not require you to indemnify Paragon for Paragon’s own unlawful conduct.
22. Force Majeure
Paragon is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Wildfire, smoke or hazardous air conditions
- Road closures or transportation disruption
- Power, water, internet or telecommunications outages
- Equipment failure despite reasonable maintenance
- Labor shortages, illness or emergency
- Government orders or legal restrictions
- Supplier or product shortages
When reasonably possible, Paragon will attempt to reschedule the affected service.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly through written communication.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding concerning these Terms or Paragon’s services will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Spokane County, Washington.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from pursuing a claim in an eligible small-claims court or exercising a right that cannot legally be waived.
24. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Paragon’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the accepted estimate, booking confirmation, invoice, membership agreement, warranty information and any written service-specific terms, form the agreement between the customer and Paragon.
When a service-specific written term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written term controls for that service.
26. Changes to These Terms
Paragon may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the website or booking of services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Terms.
